Bartender

About the role

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Bartender. Candidates should have at least 2 years of prior experience working within an upscale restaurant, hotel or resort environment. An outgoing personality and excellent communication skills are a must, and knowledge of JONAS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and process their food/beverage orders.
• Maintain the overall environment according to Woodfield Country Club standards.
• Build relationships, recognize members by name, and retain member preferences.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages (wine, draft beer, bottled beer, liquor, etc.).
• Take food and/or beverage orders from members and their guests, offering suggestions to personalize and customize the dining experience.
• Practice mixology using prepared and fresh ingredients to make high‑quality cocktails and other beverages.
• Serve alcoholic/non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.

Requirements

• Excellent service orientation.
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
• Excellent communication and service skills.
• Previous experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment.
• Knowledge of JONAS (preferred).
