About the Role
As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our esteemed members and guests. Your creative cocktail crafting skills, exceptional customer service, and friendly demeanor will contribute to the warm and inviting atmosphere that defines our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-end hospitality setting.
- Craft visually appealing and delicious classic and contemporary cocktails using in-depth knowledge of mixology techniques.
- Multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure.
- Process orders and handle payments with attention to detail.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service regulations and legal drinking age requirements.
- Interact effectively with customers and team members using strong communication skills.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a high-end restaurant, upscale bar, or hospitality setting.
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment or similar setting.
- Extensive knowledge of drink preparation techniques and beverage recipes, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in bartending is a plus.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS certification) is preferred.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.
