About the role
Waverly Heights is currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team. Our Bartenders play a vital role in our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, while creating a warm and welcoming environment for all members of our community.
Responsibilities
- Serve residents, family members and guests beverages in an efficient, professional and timely manner
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks
- Pour wine and beer
- Use point of sale system to accurately collect payment for services rendered
- Check identification of customers to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Determine when a customer has had too much alcohol
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Perform opening and closing side work as assigned
