Key Performance Elements/Essential Functions

• Create classic and innovative drinks while providing attentive, friendly, and sanitary service.
• Know our menus inside and out and take pride in our service.
• Understand and guide guests through our menus, offering food recommendations and addressing all menu and service-related inquiries.
• Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
• Handle guest allergies/intolerances according to company policy, ensuring guests receive "safe" meals.
• Enter all items served to guests at our Point of Sale (POS).
• Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and encourages them to return.
• Accurately complete checks to guests, accept payments, and complete all appropriate transactions.
• Handle guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, informing a manager promptly, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return to the restaurant again.
• Arrive to work on time, be well-groomed, and ready to work.
• Clock in and out as scheduled.
• Demonstrate a helpful and positive attitude towards guests and team members.
• Complete all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors.
• Follow proper cash-out/check-out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
• Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and hospitality.
• Inspect restrooms, dining room, and wait area, cleaning as needed, and report any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Able to speak to the restaurant's story and mission statement.
• Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
