About the role

The Bartender position at Vision Hospitality Group is a key role within our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, assisting in internal growth programs, and adhering to all standard operating procedures and property-specific brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and/or food to guests
• Assist in internal growth programs
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and property specific brand standards
• Avoid working outside of scheduled shifts
• Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person
• Work a flexible schedule
• Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person
• Perform work for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment
• Have eyesight enabling vision both near and far
• Be able to use/lift arms for up to 8 hours
• Handle heat and stress
• Have finger dexterity for operating equipment
• Speak in a clear, understandable voice, hear at a basic level, and understand English
• Bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
• Have the highest degree of integrity and live by the Golden Rule

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to keep confidential the business functions of the company, be responsible for safety and security, communicate effectively, and work a flexible schedule. You must also be able to perform work for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment, have eyesight enabling vision both near and far, be able to use/lift arms for up to 8 hours, handle heat and stress, have finger dexterity for operating equipment, speak in a clear, understandable voice, hear at a basic level, and understand English. Additionally, you must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds, have the highest degree of integrity and live by the Golden Rule, and be able to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures
• Able to report to all scheduled shifts
• Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person

• Able to have eyesight enabling vision both near and far
• Able to use/lift arms for up to 8 hours

Pay

This position is eligible for incentives based on the overall performance of the hired individuals achievement of established goals.

Schedule

This position is a 24/7 business which may require work availability of nights, weekends, and holidays.
