Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages and/or food to guests
- Aid in team efforts as needed, embodying our "ONE TEAM. ONE VISION." philosophy
- Promote internal growth programs and exemplify our company culture
- Meet/exceed company goals and three metrics
- Complete required training and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Perform additional duties to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction
- Greet guests promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and inquiries
- Mix and garnish beverages accurately, ensuring proper portion control
- Check guests for identification and serve alcoholic beverages legally
- Total, process, and collect payments efficiently, using POS systems and handling various payment methods
- Stock and maintain bar inventory to ensure product quality

Qualifications
- Knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
