Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and/or food to guests
• Aid in team efforts as needed, embodying our "ONE TEAM. ONE VISION." philosophy
• Promote internal growth programs and exemplify our company culture
• Meet/exceed company goals and three metrics
• Complete required training and adhere to standard operating procedures
• Perform additional duties to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction
• Greet guests promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and inquiries
• Mix and garnish beverages accurately, ensuring proper portion control
• Check guests for identification and serve alcoholic beverages legally
• Total, process, and collect payments efficiently, using POS systems and handling various payment methods
• Stock and maintain bar inventory to ensure product quality

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
