About the Role

Join our team as a Bartender at one of our mountain resorts. If you enjoy building cocktails and serving fantastic wines and cold beer, this is the job for you. By joining the team, you will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• No formal experience needed; we will teach you all necessary skills
• Desire to learn and grow
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lb
• Minimum age: 18 years

Pay

• Starting wage: $17.13/hr - $18.57/hr
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
