Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership's guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
• Prepare the bar for successful operation throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the work day
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of Bartending experience
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be 21 or over
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 50lbs

Pay

Starting wage: $7.21/hr - $9.77/hr. If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips.

• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age (21 or over for this role)
