Bartender

About the role

We’re inviting bartenders who create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, understand the difference between service and hospitality, and genuinely enjoy brightening someone’s day with a great drink.

Responsibilities

• Craft signature cocktails and house-made juices
• Brew lattes and other specialty beverages
• Build relationships with guests and provide top-tier hospitality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar area
• Follow alcohol laws and financial procedures
• Perform opening/closing side work and assist with inventory

Requirements

• Passionate about service and hospitality
• Of legal age to serve alcohol
• Experienced in bartending or mixology
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledgeable about wine, beer, spirits, and specialty drinks
• Friendly, attentive, and guest-focused

Pay

Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + tips. Location, state, and shift dependent — refer to minimum and maximum hiring range for estimate of weekly earnings.
