Bayside Resort Golf Club located in Selbyville, DE, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal part-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Bayside is looking for upbeat, reliable Bartenders to join our hospitality team! We are currently hiring for part-time, full-time and seasonal positions across our Bayside locations including Signatures, 38 Degrees, Sun Ridge and The Commons. Compensation: $6.00 per hour What You’ll Do: Mix and serve alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately Stock and maintain bar inventory; assist with inventory control and cost awareness Provide friendly, attentive service and respond to guest needs Follow all state liquor laws and company procedures- Process cash and credit transactions using a POS system Complete opening and closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and inventory Work catered events, banquets, and occasional meal service Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of bartending experience (or equivalent training)Must be 21 years of age or olderKnowledge of cocktails and basic wine varietiesAlcohol Awareness Training preferredPositive attitude, strong communication skills, and team mindset Schedule & Availability: Flexible scheduling available Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business times Shifts may include days, evenings, and special events We can’t wait to meet you and welcome you to the Bayside Club Golf Resort team!
