Bartender

About the role

We're looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience that includes menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows Torchy’s recipes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full-service dining experience
• Menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes
• Receive cash and credit card tips daily

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
• A current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)
• Flexible work schedules and hours
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
• Standing for several hours and walking for long periods of time
• Bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching for objects on shelves at various height levels

Qualifications

• Casual attire

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of cocktails and menu items
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions

Flexible schedules depending on business needs.

Pay

$6.50 an hour plus tips.
