Bartender

About the role

We're looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred
• A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE)
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
