We’re seeking fun-loving, dedicated and caring individuals for the Bartender position who are fanatical about putting a smile on our Players’ and fellow Playmakers’ faces.

Responsibilities

• Role and Interaction with Players: Greet Players with energy and personality—create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they'll love. Go beyond the pour by upselling signature cocktails, shareable bites, and even game upgrades to elevate their visit and keep the good times flowing.
• Key Aspect of the Role: Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection, while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll—from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service by going the extra inch—ensuring every Player feels like a VIP, the Topgolf Way.
• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant—because a great experience starts with a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Player Focus: You obsess over making our Players’ experience the absolute best it can be.
• Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment: Keeping calm when things get busy is where you shine.
• Previous Experience Behind the Bar – You’ve expertly crafted and served alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
• Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and Move Things: Handle items up to 50 lb., including lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
• On Your Feet: Be on your feet for most of the day, walking throughout your shift.
• Active Tasks: Engage in a variety of physical activities with a can-do attitude.
• Endurance: Keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment, including long shifts or tasks that take time.

Pay

$17.86 per hour (tip eligible).

Schedule

Flexible shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends to accommodate both part-time and full-time seekers.
