Requirements

• A positive attitude

• Player Focus: obsession with making our Players’ experience exceptional
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, popular environment
• Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
• Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
• Necessary certifications in responsible beverage service (where required by law)

Responsibilities

• Greet Players with energy and personality to create a welcoming bar experience
• Connect with Players, learn their preferences, and recommend drinks they’ll love
• Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance their visit
• Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
• Maintain a neat, stocked, and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware and ensuring smooth operations
• Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver top-notch service and ensure every Player feels like a VIP
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a clean and safe environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb., including bending, stooping, and carrying
• Comfortable being on your feet for most of the day
• Engage in a variety of physical activities throughout the shift
• Endurance to maintain pace in a high-volume working environment

Pay

$15.00 – $16.00 per hour (tip eligible)
