The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at the bar preparing, creating, and delivering consistent and high-quality beverages for all the guests. The ideal candidate will have a great handle on all liquors/wine/beer and must be able to educate staff on our Alcoholic beverages. What You’ll Do Greet guests in a positive, friendly, and timely manner while creating a welcoming and engaging bar experienceGuide guests through food, cocktail, wine, beer, and spirits offerings with confidence and enthusiasmPrepare and deliver cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detailCreate an energetic and hospitality-driven atmosphere that encourages repeat guests and memorable experiencesMaintain strong knowledge of our beverage program and continue developing product knowledge over timeCoordinate bar service with fellow bartenders, servers, support staff, and kitchen team members to ensure smooth executionWork with urgency and awareness throughout service while anticipating guest and team needsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the bar throughout all phases of serviceCommunicate effectively with management and team members regarding guest needs, service flow, and operational issuesFollow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and Health Department while following all health and safety regulationsContribute to a productive and professional work culture by staying focused, accountable, and team-orientedParticipate in pre-shift, bar meetings, trainings, and ongoing development opportunities Why Work with Us? Requirements 2+ years of craft cocktail bar experienceAbility for memorize exact recipes and follow proper portioning of ingredientsAbility to execute in a high volume atmosphereAbility to take direction and work in a team environmentAttention to detailUnwilling to compromise on our standards or accept short cutsConsistent in performance and reliability Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
