Bartender

About the role

The Pines at Davidson is hiring a part-time bartender to ensure a high-end dining experience for our residents in a clean and upscale setting. You will be part of a team that delights residents with taste and timely delivery of delicious drinks, under the leadership of our Dining Services Director and Manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the dining venues
• Take guest orders for beverages
• Place guest orders for food and beverages into the POS system
• Maintain and clean the dining venues as assigned
• Ensure each guest has an exceptional experience—handle all guest requests and issues appropriately
• Attend and participate in all department training as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience; bartending experience preferred
• Able to stand, walk, and carry items for prolonged periods
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Able to work well with others
