About the role

The June is seeking a skilled, personable Bartender to lead beverage service across our club's bar program. This role owns drink execution, bar presentation, and guest interaction, delivering the same standard of hospitality and craft members expect throughout the club. The ideal candidate is a confident mixologist with a genuine passion for hospitality, comfortable building relationships with members while maintaining a fast, clean, well-organized bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails, wine, and beverage orders to recipe and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar throughout service
• Manage pacing and multitasking during high-volume periods without sacrificing quality
• Coordinate with servers and the kitchen to ensure smooth beverage timing
• Build genuine rapport with members, learning their preferences and favorite orders
• Offer informed recommendations on cocktails, wine, and spirits
• Handle member and guest concerns with warmth and discretion
• Represent The June's tone and standards at the bar, often the most visible seat in the house
