About the Role

As a bartender, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at crafting cocktails. You enjoy connecting with guests and creating memorable experiences. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, assisting with food orders, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring exceptional guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standard recipes.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests dining at the bar.
• Maintain an attractive and functional bar by organizing bottles, glasses, and supplies.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory, complete side work, and assist with general upkeep.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, dietary restrictions, and restaurant services to answer guest questions promptly.
• Prepare and present final bills, process payments, and report gratuities in compliance with IRS standards.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older with 1–2 years of prior bartending experience.
• Positive energy and a team-player mindset, ready to assist fellow staff and guests.
• Strong communication skills with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
