About the role
The Country Club of York (CCY) is seeking a Full-Time Bartender to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for an experienced bartender who takes pride in polished service, professional presentation, and creating a welcoming private club experience in a stable, non-tipping environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and beverages to members and guests
- Provide attentive, high-quality service in a private club setting
- Support member events, private functions, and special occasions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale restaurant, private club, or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service standards
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in accordance with club events
