Country Club of Mobile Inc – Bartender position in Mobile, AL.
About the role
The Bartender will provide exceptional beverage service to members and guests in a private club setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards and member preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Interact professionally with members, guests, and staff to ensure a positive experience.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations and club policies.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of bar supplies.
- Participate in special events and functions as needed.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid alcohol server certification (or ability to obtain one).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
