Bartender

Responsibilities

• Provide superb customer service and products for bar, restaurant, and casino patrons
• Prepare and execute cocktail menu with care and consistency
• Pour beer and wine according to required standards
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen
• Reduce and track waste
• Accurately record orders, comps, and payments in computerized point of sale system
• Cash, check, credit, and debit card handling
• EFFECTIVELY and RESPECTFULLY communicate with all staff, management, and customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work space
• Aids in answering phones and to-go orders
• Completes daily side work and cleaning duties
• Completes daily bar prep and stocking
• Follows all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding serving alcohol and food
• Other duties/tasks as necessary or provided by management

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• Bartending experience required
• Food Handler's certification preferred
• Responsible Alcohol Sales and Service certification preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent multi-tasking capabilities
• Detail-oriented, works with precision
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to regularly lift 5-10 lbs, occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
• Available weekends
