Bartender

About the role

Bartender provides beverages for full-service bar and restaurant guests. Responsibilities include maintaining proper par (liquor and wine), producing beverages, and serving in a quality-focused environment. Duties also include food service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Service full-service bar and restaurant guests
• Perform food service duties
• Follow all Beverage Service and State Guidelines

Requirements

• Knowledge of mixed drinks and wines
• Knowledge of imported and domestic beers
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Must be 21 years old and “tips” certified
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in a full-service, high-volume bar
• Food Handler Permit

Skills
