Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, a new kind of soccer center. We make "the beautiful game" more available than ever for soccer and fitness enthusiasts by providing easy access to the highest quality, 5-a-side, all-season soccer centers. We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art soccer centers—modern sport complexes with small-sided soccer fields. With 22 sites to date and many more in the pipeline, we value integrity, reliability, and professionalism in our partnerships and team members. Responsibilities

• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to proactively inform guests and invite them back
• Take orders, make beverages, serve guests, sell food, and build repeat clientele
• Follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience
• Work as a contributing team member and communicate with management and serving reps to ensure effective customer flow
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers
• Make suggestions and bring propositions to management to grow the business
• Participate in cross-training and mandatory cleaning as requirements of the role

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system
• Reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule
• Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for extended periods
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Appreciation for soccer (a plus!)

Pay

$18.42 per hour
