Bartender Job Description

The Bartender at Sofive blends equal parts enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of our developing food & beverage program. You are responsible for taking orders, making beverages for all guests, serving beverages, selling food, and building repeat clientele.

• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events in order to proactively inform guests and invite them back
• Follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience
• Work as a contributing member of a team and communicate with management and serving reps to ensure effective customer flow
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers
• Make suggestions and bring propositions to management to grow the business
• Cross training and mandatory cleaning are requirements of the role

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions
• Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives
• Reliability and dependability by adhering to a schedule
• Able to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Appreciation for soccer!

Pay

$17.05 per hour
