Bartender

About the role

The Bartender Model is responsible for preparing and serving drinks, expediting orders, and participating in in-house modeling programs and special events. They are expected to maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves drinks with proper portions and ingredients
• Expedites drink orders and serves refills as needed
• Mixes drinks according to recipes and maintains station stock
• Participates in modeling and promotional activities
• Keeps track of cash register and complimentary items
• Communicates with management and other staff for inventory and customer needs
• Works within a team environment and meets performance expectations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior bartending experience
• At least 2 years of prior money handling experience
• 6 months of modeling experience preferred
• Valid Nevada non-gaming sheriff’s card, Union Pour Card, alcohol awareness card, and health department card
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be neat and clean, physically fit, and able to work long shifts
• Must be able to operate various equipment and multitask
• Must adhere to company policies and procedures

• Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes
• Ability to maintain a relaxed and upbeat demeanor
• Interpersonal skills to handle business contacts
• Effective communication in English
• Physical fitness and stamina for long shifts
