Responsibilities
- Mix drinks and serve to guests and cocktail servers
- Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credits and room charges
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform sidework duties according to schedules
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Lifting capacity: 20 - 40 lbs. for trays, dish racks, glass racks; 50 - 100 lbs. for carts, Queen Marys, hotbox, portable bar
- Continuous standing required for 100% of the time scheduled
- Climbing approximately 12 steps 20% of the time
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly organized and able to pay attention to detail in crowded and noisy situations
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Able to operate cash register
Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified
Skills
- Knowledge of state liquor laws
- Ability to accurately count cash
