Bartender

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner, maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Ensure established pars are maintained.
• Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Lifting capacity: 20 - 40 lbs. for trays, dish racks, glass racks; 50 - 100 lbs. for push carts, Queen Marys, hotbox, portable bar.
• Continuous standing required for 100% of the work shift.
• Ability to maneuver in narrow areas and between seated guests.
• Ability to climb approximately 12 steps 20% of the work shift.
• No driving required.

Qualifications

• Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified.
