About the role
Hand Cut Chophouse Nashville is looking for Bartenders to join our team! We're searching for a candidate who can:
- Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- Prepare craft cocktails, special requests, pour beer and wine
- Take orders and prepare drinks for guests at the bar and complete ticket orders that have been rung in by other team members
- Keep bar clean, tidy, and organized
- Monitor guests' consumption of alcohol and does not over-serve
- Assist other associates as needed to meet guests' needs
- Occasionally works special events
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- A guest-oriented mindset
- Prior bartending experience
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress
- Necessary food and alcohol certifications
