Bartender

Responsibilities

• Maintain liquor controls.
• Fulfill drink orders for patrons at the bar and for servers' tables.
• Maintain basic drink knowledge, follow Clubhouse drink recipes, and use appropriate upselling techniques.
• Engage and interact with guests in a positive manner.
• Correctly take food and beverage orders.
• Ensure proper steps of service are implemented in an efficient, timely manner.
• Handle transactions using basic mathematical skills.
• Learn and properly use the POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Multitask job duties.
• Work individually and in a team environment.
• Stand for long periods of time and work at a consistent pace.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Keep the work area stocked, organized, and sanitized.
• Maintain flexible availability and the ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance.
• Follow The Reedsburg Country Club's policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Experience appreciated but not required. Willing to train the right individual.
