Bartender

About the role

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team at The Reedsburg Country Club. Experience is appreciated but not required—we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining liquor controls
• Properly fulfilling drink orders for patrons at the bar and for servers' tables
• Maintaining basic drink knowledge, following Clubhouse drink recipes, and using appropriate upselling techniques
• Engaging and interacting with guests in a positive manner
• Correctly taking food and beverage orders
• Ensuring proper steps of service are implemented in an efficient, timely manner
• Handling transactions with basic mathematical skills
• Learning and properly using our POS (Point of Sales) system
• Multitasking job duties
• Working individually and in a team environment
• Standing for long periods of time and working at a consistent pace
• Keeping the work area stocked, organized, and sanitized
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Flexible availability and ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to follow The Reedsburg Country Club's policies and procedures
