Job Details Recipe Philly is a first-of-its-kind restaurant: a full-service dining experience built on the principles of Heirloom Hospitality. Every dish on our menu comes from a real family recipe, surfaced through a citywide competition and accompanying TV series. The food here means something. So does the team that serves it. We've designed a beautiful, high-functioning bar program with speed and consistency at its core. We free pour — the way you would at home! Our non-alcoholic beverage program gets the same attention as everything else behind the bar. Because we serve a full food menu at the bar, knowing the dishes and the people behind them is essential to this role. This state of the art space includes a sphere ice machine and nitro cold brew on tap. What You'll Do Craft cocktails and beverages consistently across every shift using free-pour techniqueParticipate in regular pour tests to maintain accuracy and consistencyServe food at the bar and speak knowledgeably about the menu and the community members who created each dishKeep the bar stocked, clean, and running efficiently throughout service What We're Looking For Bartending experience in a full-service or high-volume environmentComfortable with free-pour technique and committed to consistencyWarm and engaging with guests, whether they're at the bar for a drink or a full mealReliable, organized, and a natural team playerAvailability for lunch and/or dinner shifts Compensation Bartenders earn $6.00/hour base plus tips, paid weekly.
