About the role
We are seeking a polished professional who has an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adopt our standards. This role focuses on guest service and bar customers, requiring great customer service skills in addition to drink preparation. Bar tender roles also involve interacting with co-workers and other front of house team members in a friendly and thoughtful manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to bar customers
- Prepare drinks according to recipes and standards
- Interact with co-workers and other front of house team members in a friendly and thoughtful manner
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of basic bar management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow recipes and adhere to quality control standards
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California State Bar License (if applicable)
