Bartender

About the role

We are seeking a polished professional who has an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adopt our standards. This position focuses on guest service and bar customers, where you will be expected to provide great customer service in addition to drink preparation. Bar tender roles also require interacting with co-workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to bar customers
• Prepare drinks according to recipes and standards
• Interact with co-workers and other front of house team members in a friendly and thoughtful manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar area

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of basic bar management and service procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Passion for hospitality and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Valid California State Bar License (if applicable)

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts vary based on business needs, typically 12-hour shifts with varying days and times.
