R2L is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of bartending experience, strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and beer, and exceptional conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through excellent customer service and conversation skills
• Conduct tastings and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Ensure all drinks are made to order and to the highest standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
• Adapt to changing trends and menu items as needed
