Bartender

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering outstanding hospitality, from preparing perfect drinks to ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive
• Craft and serve beverages according to established recipes and portion controls
• Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service
• Deliver meals and drinks to tables, checking in to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of both the bar and dining areas
• Monitor and manage inventory to control costs and ensure smooth operations
• Comply with all safety and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and serving responsibly
• Accurately handle transactions, ring orders into the P.O.S. system, and provide receipts
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete opening and closing duties
• Stay knowledgeable about our menu offerings to make recommendations and upsell
• Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth Food & Beverage operations

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years of age
• 1+ year of Bartending experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor and delivering exceptional service
• Knowledge of call and well brand liquors, wines, and beers a plus
