Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area throughout each shift.
- Accurately handle guest payments and follow all cash handling procedures.
- Follow all alcohol service laws, food safety standards, and responsible beverage service practices.
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Assist with restocking, cleaning, and supporting other team members as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Take initiative and look for ways to improve in your daily work.
- Put the team first, stay open to feedback, and lead with respect.
- Communicate thoughtfully and navigate situations with good judgment.
Requirements
- Prior bartending experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
