Buck & Rider is seeking Bartenders to join their dynamic team as they prepare for growth. Cocktail and Wine Knowledge

Cocktail and wine knowledge is a plus but not required. What matters most is a positive energy, a strong hospitality mindset, and a willingness to learn. The leadership team will guide you in refining your skills and setting you up for success.

Day In The Life

• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to brand standards
• Provide the highest level of guest service with attention to detail
• Learn and execute the cocktail program with precision and consistency
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
• Accurately enter orders into POS (Toast)
• Process all payments promptly and accurately
• Demonstrate teamwork across service areas in a high-volume environment
• Accept direction from Management
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
