Bartender

About the role

The Bartender will provide guests with effective, efficient, friendly service to ensure their return visit. Sincerely greets and make eye contact with each guest.

Responsibilities

• Knows the script and hours/days of operation
• Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements
• Ability to prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly
• Knowledge of drink pricing including tier levels
• Knowledge of Mixology
• Ability to exercise good judgment in determining potentially intoxicated guests
• Understanding of the tending functions of the POS system
• Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels
• Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members
• Ability to use a calculator and balance a bank with a high level of accuracy
• Adheres to appearance and uniform standards
• Adheres to all internal controls, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Minimum 1 year of previous bartending experience is preferred
• Able to work any day of the week and any shift
• Must repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest and stand for long periods of time
• Be able to speak and understand English
