About the role

Burnt End BBQ and Catering is Kansas City's premiere BBQ joint, serving thick and juicy large portions of beef, steak, pork and poultry. Our team is at the heart of what we do, and we want you to join it!

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to bar customers
• Prepare drinks according to recipes and specifications
• Interact with co-workers and other front of house team members in a friendly and thoughtful manner
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of bar service and cocktail preparation
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts are typically from 4 PM to 2 AM, but may vary depending on business needs.
