Bartender
Job Summary
We are seeking a bartender to greet guests with hospitality and serve drinks for bar and dining room guests. Responsibilities include preparing and serving drinks accurately and quickly, maintaining guest relations, and following table service guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with hospitality and maintain guest relations.
- Brand ambassador for the property and restaurant.
- Prepare drinks for guests accurately and quickly during meal periods.
- Serve food and beverage in the bar area, providing professional, accurate, and friendly service.
- Follow table service guidelines for the bar.
- Perform shift duties such as setup, stock work, product prep, and bar area cleanup.
- Keep the bar neat, clean, and well organized during each shift.
- Show a professional attitude, demeanor, and cooperation towards guests, peers, and management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year of serving experience with our company or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant required.
- Good sense of judgment and integrity.
- Ability to read, speak, and write basic English.
- Positive interpersonal verbal communication skills.
- Preferred: Sales Skills.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Independence with minimal supervision.
- Communicate customer needs and help solve minor problems and complaints.
- Possess basic computational ability and computer skills (POS system).
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. intermittently.
- Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
