THE ROLE As a Bartender, You’ll Create a Welcoming And Memorable Experience For Guests Through Great Drinks, Genuine Hospitality, And Attentive Service. You’ll Prepare And Serve Alcoholic And Non-alcoholic Beverages, Make Recommendations, And Keep The Bar Running Smoothly, Cleanly, And Efficiently Throughout Your Shift. You Will Welcome guests with friendly, personalized service and a positive attitudeTake beverage orders, make recommendations, and confidently upsell when appropriatePrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standardsMaintain a well-stocked bar, including garnishes, mixers, ice, jiggers, and other suppliesAssist the Food & Beverage Manager with beverage and bar supply inventoryProcess cash and credit transactions accurately and follow house proceduresClose checks and complete required end-of-shift reportsKeep the bar, tables, counters, stools, and service areas clean and invitingFollow food safety, sanitation, and applicable responsible alcohol service requirementsCommunicate effectively with guests and fellow team membersPrepare and stock beverages and supplies for the next shiftReport missing or found items and damaged equipment or propertySupport other team members and departments to help the restaurant and hotel operate at their best What Success Looks Like Guests feel welcomed, well cared for, and confident that they’re in good hands.
