Responsibilities

• Preparing drinks by mixing ingredients like liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to make cocktails and other beverages, including non-alcoholic drinks and garnishes like fruit.
• Serving drinks by pouring and serving beverages to customers based on their requests, making recommendations, and promoting daily specials.
• Maintaining the bar by keeping it clean, organized, and attractively displaying glasses and liquor bottles.
• Providing customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, assessing their needs and preferences, and verifying customers' ages and IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Handling cash by accepting payments, balancing cash receipts, recording sales, and processing credit card transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with all local and national liquor laws, as well as food and beverage regulations.

Requirements

• OLCC Service Permit (Required)
• Food Handler Certification (Required)

• 10-hour or 8-hour shifts
• Day or evening shifts
• Monday through Friday, plus weekends
