We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Bartender to join our team at this one-of-a-kind destination.

About the Role

The Glen House is a modern tribute to the classic White Mountain grand hotels, blending eco-forward design with a rugged, adventurous spirit. Whether you're pouring a local craft pint for a weary hiker or shaking a signature cocktail for a guest watching the sunset over Mount Adams, you’ll be the heartbeat of a bar that feels as vast as the mountains surrounding it. Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drink orders
• Verify age requirements
• Know alcohol pairing and tastes
• Know how to make traditional and classy drinks
• Process payments
• Manage inventory
• Clean bar supplies

Requirements

• Provide high-level customer service
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Follow instructions
• Able to learn quickly
• Pay attention to detail
• Maintain composure when working under pressure

Qualifications

• 2 years previous bartending experience preferred
• Must be of legal age in order to serve alcohol, per state law
• High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience
• TIPS certified preferred
• Allergy Awareness training helpful
