We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at the North Conway Grand Hotel. As a bartender, you will work directly with customers, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify age requirements and know how to handle special requests
• Know alcohol pairing and tastes, and be able to recommend appropriate drinks
• Maintain a knowledgeable and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests
• Process payments and manage bar inventory
• Clean bar supplies and maintain cleanliness of the bar area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• TIPS certification preferred
• Allergy awareness training helpful
• Must be of legal drinking age
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends
• Physical demands: extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling
