About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Christiansburg, Va, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience. Your primary duties include mastering alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of handcrafted cocktails and mocktails.
• Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and hospitality.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate restaurant needs.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred.

Qualifications

Pay
