Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden, Canton, Ohio, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate restaurant needs.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
