Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Frederick, MD, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$3.63 per hour - $3.63 per hour plus tips.
