Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Fredericksburg, Va., you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Deliver exceptional guest service to ensure a safe and friendly dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the restaurant to promote a healthy environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the restaurant's schedule.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.

Pay
