About the role
As a bartender at Olive Garden in Midwest City, OK, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.Responsibilities
- Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Master cocktail and mixed drink recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a food service or similar industry.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
