Bartender

About the role

As a bartender at Olive Garden in Bel Air, MD, you will be responsible for creating handcrafted beverages that enhance the authentic Italian dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the restaurant.
• Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Pay
